I cannot say enough good things about these guys! They are seriously the hardest working, polite, positive, kind people I’ve met. They were the only positive light amongst a tragedy. You can tell they are knowledgeable too! They treated all of their employees with respect and even the owner was in the thick of the work the entire time they were there. They were respectful to our family and patient with us as we made decisions. Everything they said they were going to do, they did. They even went above and beyond. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about them as a company and as individuals. I hope we never have another disaster but I know that I would call them in a heartbeat if something ever happens again. I will also be recommending them to anyone and everyone! I had a sewer backup and flood my whole basement. They were there immediately and cleaned and dried it up. They have state of the art equipment and were able to tear out everything that was damaged or could get mold. They did a incredible job and will use them again. They also replaced all the floors that were ruined along with the drywall and lavatory and painted everything. It looks better than it ever has.

We have clay septic pipes that block easily. The backed pipes would cause a dreadful mini flood every other time the bathroom was used. This resulted in gradual water damage to some of the bathroom. We also had some noticeable mold in the downstairs bathroom from the mini-floods, as it is difficult for the average joe to clean up every last drop of blocked septic lines that flooded the bathroom floor. RemediH2O was very responsive and provided service quickly, did great work, cleared the lines for us and provided clean and safe mold removal, as well as some repairs to the bathroom from water damage. The team was small but mighty. Would highly recommend!
